Logistic Battalion is the one that provides the bulk of Personnel and Material during CE-04.
The 29th Logistic Battalion wants to be an operational unit, recognized for its
excellent partnership.

Major (GS) Johnny LAURENT
After military and civilian studies, Maj Laurent military career led him in functions
from Pl Commander Tpt Pl in the NATO HQ of NORTHAG, Coy Comdr Suply and Tpt Coy, Operations
Officer of the Movement Control Group and military professor at the Royal Defense College to
his actual position of G4 Plans Land Component Command. He is married and father of two children.
“I hope CE-04 will be an opportunity for all levels of personnel to learn about the way other
nations do business. Exercises such as CE-04 are the only way that logisticians of different
NATO and PfP nations have the possibility of seeing each others material, testing it,
comparing it and learning from each other. Interoperability, internationally and modularity
being key words in NATO language, exercises as CE-04 are at the very heart of it.”
