There are 63 troops from France participating in the CE-04 exercise (10 officers, 20 NCO, 33 soldiers).
Senior National Representative: Lieutenant-colonel Jean-Philippe FLORIT (French Land Forces Logistic Command):

that we have to quantify the way to the full interoperability between us, about materials,
STANAG’s, and procedures ».
Lieutenant-colonel Jean-Philippe FLORIT is 51 years old, 30 years in the army.
Half of the carrier in transportation regiment, 8 years in military school cadet and instructor,
4 years in staff, international experience 4 years - UN in Cambodia and Croatia, NATO in Bosnia,
and military cooperation in Bulgaria. Staff school diplom, and logistic specialist) :
The participating units
Land Forces Logistic Command (CFLT in French) is in charge of logistics for land
forces; this staff has representative in all over seas missions (ISAF, SFOR,KFOR…).
The main mission is to provide : supplies, medical assistance, maintenance, transportation,
movement for land forces in operation. The location : MONTHLERY (25 km south Paris).
6th Maintenace Regiment will participate in « Wheeled maintenace recovery »
during the exercice Collective Effort. The main mission is to provide maintenance for all
the materials : cars, trucks, tanks, electronic and optronic systems, communication assets,…The location :
PHALSBOURG ‘in the North-East of France.
5th Supply Group will participate in « Water Ops » during the exercice.
The main mission is to provide all the supply for troops in operation : food, water, shower, clothes,
accomodation, etc. The location : NANCY (North-East of France).
516th Transport Regiment will participate in « Ammunition » during the exercice.
The main mission of this regiment is the « Tank transportation » but also normal transportation.
The location : TOUL (North-East of France, near Nancy).
