Norway
There are 33 soldiers from Norway participating in the Collective Effort 04 exercise.
Senior National Representative: LTC Lars Torgeir Dahl
”My main objective is to train and assess the interoperability between the Norwegian Army
and the other contributing Nations. This effort will provide Norway with knowledge and
valuable inputs concerning the making the TOE (table of organisation and equipment) for
the Norwegian contribution to NATO Response Force effective from January 05, and the
training of the national logistic units participating in NRF 4. CE 04 will furthermore help us
in creating a basis for future multinational logistics units within the NATO framework.
The exercise will also provide Norway with valuable information and ideas. This can be
utilized and adapted in the process of implementing other Nations technical solutions when
procuring the next generation of logistics equipment”.
