Czech pilots fly the Baltic Eye exercise in Lithuania

Prior to the large NATO Response Force exercise Steadfast Jazz in Poland, Czech pilots train together with their Lithuanian colleagues the procedures of tactical air force combat in accordance with the exercise Baltic Eye scenario.

Ceremonies and events to 95th anniversary of Czechoslovakia and 20 years of the Czech military

At the occasion of the anniversary of birth of former Czechoslovakia on 28 October 1918, and historical events related to this year, the Czech military personnel actively participated in ceremonies and events mostly attended by supreme commander of Armed Forces of the Czech Republic President Milos Zeman. The following events were held between 25 and 28 October 2013.

Grim Campaigner 2013 exercise certifies battalions to NATO standards

Chief of the General Staff of ACR Lieutenant General Petr Pavel handed over certificates of Combat Readiness Evaluation (CREVAL) to commanders of 41st Mechanised and 43rd Airborne Battalions at the end of Grim Campaigner 2013 exercise confirming thier succesful performance within the 4th Brigade Task Force.

Czech NRF 2013 units activated to inspect readiness

The periodical separate testing of Czech units earmarked for the NATO Response Force (NRF) culminated this September and October by activation of all Czech units which contribute to 2013 rotation.

Minister honours soldiers who returned from Mali
